Jimmy said "noocl'r." I listened carefully to see. I give him some slack on it, since he actually worked on nukes.

I based the spelling on Jeff MacNelly's spelling when he made fun of Jimmy's pronunciation in 1980. Good point on Carter's history with the stuff. They referenced that in the SNL parody of "China Syndrome".
