PCK comics containing parodies, chosen from the backlog of strips to start slowly in number and emphasis, ending Friday in a sort of grand finale.
Today, a parody of a famous caricaturist's style.

This one is dedicated to PCK commenter and Comics Curmudgeon buddy Muffaroo (see PCK Field Trip #5).

As the urchins say at the end of an obscure old joke, "Youse wins, Mister! The purp's yours!"

The whole strip so far has been a setup for this, right? Je suis amused.

Not really. Nina Peppe is a name variant of another Nina I came up with, and THAT name was partially arrived at because of Hirschfeld.
Any chance to draw my characters in the style of one of my favorites, though (particularly in the upcoming Friday PCK!)
